Job Description Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeking for a motivated and skilled 4-Wheel Drive Forklift Operator to operate heavy-duty forklifts in challenging terrain, including warehouses, construction sites, and outdoor storage areas. This role requires the ability to handle materials in varied conditions, maintain safety standards, and support efficient material flow. Key Responsibilities: Operate 4-wheel drive forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. Move raw materials to workstations and return finished goods to staging areas. Secure loads, verify pallet stability, and ensure proper wrapping/shrink-wrapping before movement. Use pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment as needed. Inspect forklifts for safety and maintenance needs, report defects promptly. Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers; position pallets safely in assigned bays. Maintain clean, organized aisles and work areas; remove hazards immediately .
