Alder Group is expanding, and we’re seeking experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers with a strong background in civil infrastructure, particularly in water and wastewater works. This role will support our current project in Lismore and upcoming works throughout the Northern Rivers. We welcome applicants who are local or open to relocating. Drive‑In Drive‑Out (DIDO) arrangements may also be considered. This role is primarily based onsite and may require travel depending on project locations, so flexibility and a willingness to work across sites are essential.
