Overview The Senior Director, Supply Chain Transformation Design and Enablement leads the design, planning, and execution of enterprise-wide supply chain and support services transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes and optimal cost performance. This role defines strategic priorities, assigns and aligns resources, and oversees the delivery and tracking of complex transformation efforts, including initiative-level reporting and performance measurement. The Senior Director ensures initiatives are effectively executed, drives standardization and process improvement, and enables sustainable change across the organization by aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve strategic objectives.
