As a Seasonal Assistant Camp Director at Science Factory Camp , you help keep summer camp running smoothly while staying right in the heart of the action. Working closely with the Camp Director, you support staff, step in with campers when needed, and help guide the flow of each busy, high‑energy day. This camp leadership role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading alongside their team, jumping in when things get messy (literally or figuratively), and bringing calm, steady support to a fast‑moving environment. Assistant Camp Directors help create a camp experience that feels safe, welcoming, and joyful for campers, families, and staff alike. This camp will move in June 19th-June 21st, with the camp in session June 22nd-August 21st, and moving out August 22nd.
