Reporting to the Regional Director / BU MD, the Fit Out Project Director has overall responsibility for the management and on‑site delivery of major and complex fit out and refurbishment contracts, typically of values in excess of £20m–£40m. Generally involved from tender stage as the project lead, liaising closely with the Estimating and Pre‑Construction teams to secure the project. Thereafter, with the approval of the Regional Director / BU MD, the Fit Out Project Director will prepare the PEP and build the project team in preparation for contract commencement.
