JOB SUMMARY: The maintenance teammate will be responsible for design inputs, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machining equipment, robot welders, and/or lasers or other electronic equipment. The teammate may also be responsible for maintaining industrial building systems and infrastructure. The teammate’s scope of work may include, but not be limited to, accepting direct supervision solving moderately complex issues while referring more complex issues to higher level teammates. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: - Trouble shoot and repair CNC equipment, robot welders and/or lasers and other electronic equipment - Problem solve equipment and facility issues - Reduce energy related costs - Repair and relocate machines and equipment - Evaluate and install new production machines and manufacturing equipment - Confer with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve complex problems - Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Procedures - Install Electrical Circuits and Systems including 480 3-Phase and Control Circuits - Perform general facilities maintenance - Operate Powered Industrial equipment including forklifts, skid loaders,...
