Equitable is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as the Controls Testing Director in the Financial Controls Office (FCO). In this role you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of Management's Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Testing program to ensure its effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across key IT and Business areas and drive organizational change to achieve a streamlined and sustainable control environment. What You'll Be Doing: This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $125,000-$150,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location.
