Registered Nurse – ER / PCU Panama City Beach, FL: Compensation: $27.72 – $39.60 per hour based on experience Night Differential: +$4.00/hr Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days | $15,000 Nights Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts | Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends Employment Type: Full-Time Relocation: Available for select candidates Overview: A regional acute care hospital serving the Panama City Gulf Coast region is expanding its nursing staff across several inpatient and emergency departments. This opportunity allows Registered Nurses to be considered for multiple units through a single application based on clinical experience, certifications, and shift availability. Current hiring needs include Emergency Services, Progressive Care, and inpatient Medical-Surgical nursing teams . Units Currently Hiring: Emergency Room (ER): 44-bed emergency department treating adult and pediatric patients across multiple acuity levels.
