Business Intelligence Developer Associate

Job description

Hilltop Holdings is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer Associate who will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, developing BI reporting solutions, documenting technical design, and supporting existing BI systems as assigned. This role will work closely with end users to fulfill specific reporting requests as required including support for compliance, audit, and ad hoc reporting by transforming data into meaningful output and insights. An ideal candidate understands BI technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop Dashboards utilizing modern data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Qlik or similar tools.
