Job description

Provides high quality evaluation and treatment services for individuals with communicative, swallowing, and cognitive difficulties. Coordinates these services with other programs within the Health System and with outside agencies. Meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of our customers. na Qualifications: EDUCATION: Minimum: • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology, ASHA Certification CCC-SLP (Successful completion of CFY year post-masters degree) Preferred: • Strong CF considered LICENSE: Minimum: • Current, or eligible for, NYS SLP license PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum: • BLS certification required through the RQI system during clinical orientation. WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum: • New grad acceptable Preferred: • One to two years experience.
