Job description

Multi-skilled position responsible for gas measurement of high & low pressure pipeline gathering systems and plant facility. Maintain gas systems Lost & Unaccounted (L&U) for records and use as troubleshooting tool. Have working knowledge of oil and gas handling facilities and associated equipment and how it affects L&U gas. Essential Job Responsibilities: - Installation, programming, calibration and maintenance of EFM Flow computers. - Maintain differential pressures between 20 and 80 percent of calibrated range. - Calculate volumes and rates, size orifice plates. - Operate, inspect and maintain meter tubes. - Maintain gas sampling systems, (composite gas samplers), collect gas samples and deliver to gas lab. - Operate appropriate PC software (Excel, Work, Winnccu32). - Installation, programming, calibration and maintenance of gas chromatographs and BTU analyzers. - Maintain custody meter witnessing schedule and liquid meter proving. - Installation, programming and maintenance of remote communications hardware, (troubleshooting communications). - Develop and maintain customer relations with producers and team.
