Deine Aufgaben: BSBI is seeking a Senior Careers & Internship Advisor to support the expansion of our Careers Service and the implementation of the mandatory internship programme at our Barcelona Madrid campus. This role combines career guidance for students and graduates with strong business growth responsibilities, particularly by building bridges with industry and securing internship agreements for BSBI students. You will report to the Head of Careers Service and you will be based in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: - Student Career Support - Provide individual career counselling and group guidance to students and graduates - Deliver in cooperation with Careers Service a variety of career-related in-person, online or hybrid on-campus workshops - Conceptualize, create and disseminate materials for students, graduates, staff members as well as for partner organizations and external businesses and institutions - Support students through the internship process, including applications, interviews, and placement preparation - Monitor student progress during internships and provide support where needed - Coordinate with academic staff to ensure internship placements align with programme r...
