We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Blaenau Gwent to assist with the appointment of a Construction Officer - Compliance , on a 6-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £137.53 - £181.33 per day Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Officer - Compliance to support the management of statutory testing, asbestos compliance, and building safety across local authority-owned buildings. The role involves overseeing compliance surveys, managing remedial works, supervising contractors, and ensuring buildings remain fully compliant with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
