THE JOB: The Butler Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming calls to take food and beverage orders while assisting the Butler Manager with administrative tasks. This role requires a thorough knowledge of the menu and wine selection to ensure exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with food service staff, all while adhering to departmental standards and safety protocols.
