Equipment & Tool Designer (Customer Service Representative) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Cutter Tool Customer Service Representative - Equipment & Tool Designer to join our team in North Charleston, SC to support cutting tool customers and kit requirements. This position requires flexibility to work any shift . (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift) Primary Responsibilities: Investigates cutting tool use and requirements to support cutter kitting activities at all Boeing South Carolina customer locations; including specifications to satisfy aerospace product design and build requirements. Participates in design reviews, collects design requirements, creates and revises drawings and models to support the build plan. Creates specifications, supports purchase requests and usage instructions for cutting tools and cutter kits. Self-checks product recommendations for compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.
