We are also responsible for tax planning and forecasting. Further, we are responsible for determining the tax impacts of new transactions and acquisitions. Partner with the best: In this role you will prepare the Company's US Federal income tax provision and all required SEC disclosures. You will also assist with various federal and state income tax filing requirements as needed. You will foster and develop cross-functional partnerships with various Finance teams including Accounting, FP&A and Treasury. This position will report to the Senior Tax Manager. As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Preparing/supporting the quarterly/annual US income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including current/deferred tax calculations, performing valuation allowance assessments and uncertain tax position analysis - Assisting with the preparation of tax-related disclosures for SEC fili...
