Job Title: Quality Engineer Job Summary: The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and procedures, specifically tailored to CNC machining processes. Their expertise will help u s achieve consistent product excellence and customer satisfaction . Responsibility : Ensures customer and internal quality processes and methods are followed in all aspects of manufacturing. Acts as “Voice of the Customer” in all situations to guide compliance with expectations. Manage all facets of customer PPAPs . Define, apply analyze and distribute results of customer/supplier measures; escalate internally and externally when appropriate . Duty and authority to stop production when nonconforming situations are identified . Capable of managing quality system within the plant including managing the duties of three (3) quality technicians. Reviews all purchased products or components and provides input to the decision of whether to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.
