Description Family Tree Farms is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trouble File Specialist to oversee and drive resolution of product claims, quality issues, and operational discrepancies across our supply chain. This role serves as a key point of coordination between Sales, Operations, Quality Assurance, Accounting, and our grower partners. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, experience working within ERP systems—specifically Famous—and thrives in a fast-paced environment where ownership and follow-through are critical. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: - Manage all trouble files within the Famous ERP system, including quality claims, rejections, shortages, and logistics discrepancies - Ensure all files are accurately entered, updated, and maintained as the system of record - Maintain complete documentation tied to each file.
