Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program or project management. - 5 years of people management experience. - Experience in knowledge management, content governance strategy, taxonomy, or metadata definition. - Experience in microlearning and the evaluation and deployment of emerging learning technologies (e.g., Generative AI/ML, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality).
