Job Description: Spring11 is seeking a highly motivated, Underwriting Analyst to join our growing team. The Analyst will provide support in delivering commercial real estate debt underwriting analysis across all markets and for all asset types. Essential Duties / Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret operating statements, rent rolls, and leases for a variety of commercial and residential properties - Prepare financial models and reconciliations using Excel - Manage and organize the collection of due diligence - Draft and prepare Investment Committee memos - Other ad-hoc projects as assigned Skills, Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or other related field required - 0-1 years of experience related to commercial real estat...
