Journeyman Electrician

Job description

Job Responsibilities The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a manufacturing environment in accordance with local and national codes. - Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures. - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics - Install conduit (EMT, Rigid, PVC), wiring, panels, lighting, and electrical devices - Troubleshoot electrical systems and components to identify and resolve issues - Ensure all installations are compliant with the NEC (National Electrical Code) and local building codes - Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and components - Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards - Assist in maintaining electrical parts stocking levels to ensure proper parts are on hand.
