What’s the role? This role sits within Business Banking and focuses on supporting and growing an Equipment Finance portfolio by partnering closely with commercial banking teams. You will work with clients to provide tailored cash flow and equipment finance solutions, helping them manage and optimise their business operations. The role combines relationship management, solution selling and collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes. You’ll play a key part in driving portfolio growth, supporting bankers with specialist expertise and contributing to a high‑performing team focused on delivering market‑leading service and innovative financial solutions to business customers.
