Summary: Under the supervision of the EMEA Legal Director and guidance from EMEA Experienced Counsel, provide legal assistance to the EMEA business and operations. Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Governance, Control & Recordkeeping 2. Litigation Monitoring & Reporting 3. Legal Spend Management & Outside Counsel Coordination 4. Legal Operations & Process Support 5.
