Lead UX Researcher & Designer( XD) - ( CREQ257989 ) Description: UX Researcher & Designer – Software & Agile Teams Role Overview: We are seeking a UX Researcher & Designer to drive user-centered design practices across our software development lifecycle. This role blends user research, interaction design, and usability testing to create intuitive, data-driven digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Agile teams to ensure that user needs are deeply understood and effectively translated into scalable design solutions. Key Responsibilities: User Research & Insights: - Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, contextual inquiry). - Analyze user behavior, workflows, and pain points to generate actionable insights . - Develop personas, journey maps, empathy maps , and research reports. - Partner with stakeholders to align research priorities with business goals.
