YOUR ROLE: As a Category Manager on our team, you’ll lead the direct material team of Category Leaders) and ensure that the right and most efficient work instructions, processes and systems are in place for the team. Define the optimum set up of the team in order to deliver the best performance and business impact across all levers to the Product Business Unit. In your daily job you will: Develop category strategies that create competitive advantage for PBU and capture value for Aptiv regionally and globally in close collaboration with Global Category team, to meet the business needs of the PBU Ensure efficient execution of respective category strategies Lead the direct material team of Category Leaders and ensure that the right and most efficient work instructions, processes and systems are in place for the team.
