This opportunity supports students pursuing a degree in HVAC, mechanical systems, industrial maintenance, or a related field who want to learn from experienced technicians while contributing to the reliability and comfort of our facilities. As an intern, you’ll assist with HVAC, boiler, and condensate system maintenance while working alongside skilled tradespeople. This role offers exposure to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safe work practices in an active manufacturing setting. This internship takes place in Warroad, Minnesota and provides valuable experience supporting industrial HVAC systems in a safety‑focused environment.
