GHJ Search & Staffing is partnering with a growing $200M general contractor in the South Bay that’s looking to bring on a Controller to report directly to the CFO. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role overseeing accounting operations across AP, AR, and project accounting — with a strong emphasis on WIP, financial reporting, and team leadership.
