Houlihan's MACE Lismore is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our busy convenience store and forecourt. A fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a thriving store. What You’ll Do: Manage and train staff to the highest standards Ensure excellent merchandising and store presentation Oversee stock control and stock-taking procedures Lead regular team meetings and strong staff communication Drive performance to achieve sales and operational targets We’re Looking For: Grocery retail management experience (essential): Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team Excellent communication and customer service: Proven track record of achieving targets Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Ability to work effectively as part of a team An excellent salary is on offer to the ideal candidate
