The APC will embed directly inside client businesses, uncovering the operational friction that holds them back, designing the workflows that will replace it, and partnering with AI Engineers to ship solutions that change how these organizations actually run . You won't be writing slide decks that get filed away; you'll be on-site at small and mid-size businesses interviewing operators, mapping processes, building the business case, and owning client outcomes from first conversation through post-deployment adoption.
