Job description

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet guests in the bar area and take all food and drink orders in an efficient manner, following the established steps of service. - Maintain an understanding of all menu items and ingredients and assist guests with any dietary or preparation questions and suggestions. - Communicate directly with back of the house crew to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and all special requests are addressed and accommodated. - Deliver food and drinks promptly, professionally, and within LOGE established service expectations, including maintaining safe food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation standards. - Promptly address and correct any complaints or issues. Relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor. - Understand LOCATION POS and F&B ticketing system software, and correctly enter each order. Collect tickets and follow proper cash handling and tip pool procedures. - Ensure that the bar area is properly set-up prior to and after service period.
