Job description

Overview Position: Digital Transformation Manager: Job Duties: Responsible for leading the evolution and integration of enterprise systems with a primary focus on ADempiere Open-Source ERP and an internally developed commission’s management software. Drive digital transformation initiatives that promote operational efficiency and ensure seamless system interoperability. Lead master data governance initiatives to promote accuracy, consistency, and integrity of shared data across ADempiere Open-Source ERP, CRM, commissions platforms, and reporting tools. Direct the configuration, deployment, and integration of enterprise applications, to establish robust connectivity between ADempiere Open-Source ERP, CRM systems, internally developed commission’s software, and eWorksheets. Evaluate and approve integration work to meet performance, scalability, and cybersecurity requirements. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
