WI-Agnesian Beyond Boundaries Worker Type: Regular Job Summary: Provides direct behavioral intervention services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) to an autism population in center, home, and community settings. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develops therapeutic relationships with clients and families. - Ens ures accurate and timely documentation consistent with all contracts, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. - Provides therapeutic services to clients, independently and with a team, creatively, and competently, as directed by clinical supervisors. - Provides reports, program updates, and other information as requested to clinical supervisors and team members. - Complies with the most recent Behavior Analyst Certification Board ( BACB ) and Registered Behavior Technician ( RBT ) E thics Code. - Attends team and department meetings for continuing training/education on client-specific and behavioral analytic interventions. - Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. - Performs other duties as assigned.
