Job Description: This position will report to the Controller. The Senior Accountant will apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the duties shown below. Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc. - Review construction in progress and coordinate with project managers - Process fixed assets additions, retirements, transfers, and adjustments, and property transactions - Maintain fixed assets subsystem for GAAP, federal, and state books for multiple entities - Reconcile and maintain detailed monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and roll...
