Intelligence Analyst Application Deadline: 5 June 2026: Department: Legal: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Birmingham: Description: To support the Intelligence Data Manager in fraud identification across various workstreams within Davies Group. Key Responsibilities: - Utilising the available claims data to proactively identify potential fraud instructions from within Keoghs and from within the wider Davies Group claims departments; - Undertaking intelligence screening on cases referred into Counter Fraud Services; - Liaising with internal clients and potentially external clients to present findings and secure additional fraud instructions into Counter Fraud Services; - Identification of themes, trends and changes in behaviours and thereafter reporting regularly into the Intelligence Data Manager and other key stakeholders; - Identification and analysis of linked claims and/or serial claimants to support our Linked & Organised Fraud offering; - Achieving a daily chargeable target; Working Hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.
