Brown & Brown is seeking candidates for our Summer Internship Program in Minneapolis, MN! Our interns will be provided with the opportunity to gain an introduction to various areas within the insurance brokerage industry, as well as a deep dive into either the Employee Benefits or Property & Casualty teams. Interview and Offer Process will begin January 2026 Program starts May 27th, 2026 and ends mid-August 2026 How You Will Contribute: Work with dedicated mentor to train, receive daily work assignments, ask questions, etc. Presentations from department leads to help gain a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions and career paths. Opportunity to visit both Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty insurance carriers to learn about their organization and how it relates to the industry. Involvement in a variety of activities such as marketing, policy review, client renewal presentations and onsite client meetings as available.
