Their duties encompass greeting guests warmly, fulfilling specific requests such as giving directions and making reservations both on and off-site, liaising with various hotel departments like bell services, restaurants, and spas to promptly address guest needs, collaborating with local vendors to stay updated on available services and facilitate bookings, addressing guest inquiries and concerns efficiently, and ultimately ensuring guests feel appreciated and cared for. Exceptional interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, along with a deep familiarity with Islamorada and its attractions to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
