Job Description Summary The North America EHS Leader for Wind provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) across all The North America EHS Leader for Wind leads a team of Environmental, Health, and Safety specialist to own the strategy and execution across field-based Operations, Maintenance & Upgrades (OM&U) activities throughout the North America region. As a key partner to the North America OM&U organization, this role champions a proactive safety culture that prioritizes employee well-being, compliance, and operational excellence. The leader provides direction to a geographically dispersed EHS field team, establishing clear roles, standard work, and development plans that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and team capability.
