Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking. - Experience managing agreements or partnerships. - Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. - Experience working for, or directly with, talent management firms, talent agencies, or creators to build creator businesses on digital platforms. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing relationships with talent agencies and production companies. - Experience with project management with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and solve critical problems through analysis. - Ability to align and influence internal and external stakeholders around common goals with executive presence. - Ability to analyze data to create insights for external partners. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with external partners while driving solutions to issues.
