The Parts & Services Division as part of Business Area Mining drives the aftermarket business keeping customers’ fleet on track with services, solutions, and parts. We are now recruiting a Rebuilds & Upgrades Specialist for Parts & Services. The position is permanent and based in Tampere, Finland. About your role As Rebuilds & Upgrades Specialist you are responsible for engineered rebuild and upgrade kits of Underground and Boom Surface Drills. You coordinate the special needs of customers and propose a technical solution and quickly turn it into a commercial offer. You lead and develop kit supply related processes within the production unit and coordinate technical documentation of customer deliveries. You work with several stakeholders such as engineering, supply chain, technical support and product line management. Furthermore, you give Rebuild & Upgrade kit support to our global Sales Areas. Your background and what we find important You have B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering or equivalent studies and some experience in engineering, life cycle management and/or sales support.
