Human Resources Coordinator – Onsite – Montreal Aspire Software is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing People team! This is a fully onsite role based in our Montreal office and requires daily, in-person presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, decentralized environment, takes ownership without being asked, and is energized by building strong, compliant HR operations across both the United States and Canada . You will play a critical role in supporting employees and leaders while ensuring our people practices are compliant, scalable, and employee-centric. The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with an HR Business Partner and support a portfolio of software businesses operating across North America.
