Benefits Effective Day 1!: Position Summary: This position is responsible for, but is not limited to, hauling raw or cooked racked product plant wide. Responsibilities: Weigh/load product into and out of smokehouses/steam boxes/chills as well as move product into and out of smokehouses/steam boxes/chills. Mark house number/day code letter on product identification/rack tags. Make sure product is properly spaced on the racks and racks properly positioned in smokehouses/steam boxes. Enter data to include scanning, weights, destinations, and rack numbers into the computer and handheld program. Push/Pull up to 1,000-pound product racks from the staging area to and from smokehouse to chill. Garner and air chills are loaded immediately after product is showed and weighed. Operate brine/garner/air chills and document product temperatures according to Quality Control specifications to include taking salometer readings. General housekeeping and cleaning...
