The Cross Issue & Product Policy team is at the center of this mission, responsible for driving the end-to-end development of platform integrity and authenticity policy, ensuring high quality for safety policies across all harm areas, working closely with Product and Strategy teams to provide policy support for cutting-edge initiatives, and drafting the Community Guidelines that govern our global community. We are looking for a Head of Cross Issue & Product Policy to lead this team. This person will play a critical role in shaping TikTok’s safety policies and ensuring they are defensible, clear, and consistently applied. You will lead a group of policy experts, partner closely with product, enforcement, legal, and business teams, and provide thought leadership on complex and cross-cutting issues. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to manage both immediate priorities and long-term frameworks.
