Job Description: WHAT'S THE JOB?: We are looking to add a talented Barista to our team! Located at Pacific Blue Cross, the Barista is responsible for but not limited too: - Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service - Prepare cold and hot beverages to O&B standards - Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system - Monitor food quality and presentation standards - Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern - Monitor the cleanliness of grab & go area and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter - Follow standards for merchandising, stocki...
