Job Title: Art Direction / Conceptual Package Design Associate II Department: Global Marketing: Salary Range: $66,799 - $82,517 per year plus an annual bonus Salary Grade: EX1_14: Location: Ada, MI: *Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in person to Ada on Mondays through Thursdays as part of our collaboration days* What do we need: We are looking for a creative conceptual Graphic & Package Designer to develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance our brands for global consumers. We seek someone who is detail oriented and creates innovative conceptual product design with creative visual graphics. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, materials, and production processes, and can translate marketing and branding strategies into effective packaging designs and presentations.
