Description The Chemical Weighment Lead oversees weighment operations during the assigned shift to ensure production goals, safety expectations, quality standards, and company policies are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment. The position involves working with chemicals used in rubber compounding, including raw materials, powders, and additives. The Chemical Weighment Lead is responsible for coordinating workflow, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation, maintaining accountability, and supporting an organized, professional, and safe production floor.
