Job Title Maintenance Supervisor Job Description Summary: Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading day‑to‑day maintenance operations and overseeing all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and general facility maintenance. The position directly supervises the maintenance team, providing hands‑on guidance, technical support, training, and schedule management to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: - Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: packaging and handling machinery, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC - Provide hands on training and technical expertise to supervised staff for basic troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include doors, floors, plumbing systems, lighting, kitchen appliances and miscellaneous equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and light commercial HVAC. - Directly supervise and give direction to the maintenance team.
