EHS Systems and Insights Program Manager

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience in digital systems, data analytics, or EHS domain translation. - Experience in program management, including the deployment of programs. - Experience in EHS practitioner problem-solving and safety tooling. Preferred qualifications: - Certifications such as CSP, NEBOSH, or PMP. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience acting as a product owner or liaison for technical teams. - Ability to demonstrate business value and Return on Investment (ROI) through metrics, reporting, and strategic communication. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership and navigate a fast-paced environment.
