POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services, ensures optimum patient outcomes related to medication use by preventing or resolving drug-related problems and coordinating the acquisition, distribution and control of all drug therapy to patients under the care of the pharmacist. Position: Clinical Pharmacist: Department: Inpatient Pharmacy: Schedule: Per Diem, Days/Evenings/Nights: JOB REQUIREMENTS: - PharmD degree or Bachelor's with 2 years hospital pharmacy experience. - Licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Massachusetts by the hire date or eligible within 45 days of hire. - Strong interpersonal skills towards our customers (including patients, physicians and nurses) and fellow employees of the hospital. Compensation Range: $43.03- $62.50 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
