Position Summary The Clerical Team Lead supports the daily administrative, clerical and phlebotomy operations of the Laboratory, with a primary focus on workflow coordination and process efficiency. This role serves as a resource for staff, helping to ensure consistency in scheduling, registration, documentation, and other departmental functions. The Clerical Team Lead promotes operational effectiveness, supports customer service standards, and helps maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
