Job Type: 1099 Contract (potential to convert FTE) Location: Remote (anywhere in US or Canada) Dept: Change Leadership Summary: Cyclotron is seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our Change Leadership practice. This role is focused on delivering engaging, results-driven training sessions focused on Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will be based on the West Coast/PST and capable of conducting multiple training sessions daily (4 or more), using Microsoft demo tenants and PowerPoint decks. This individual will work with Cyclotron’s Change Leadership Partners to deliver training sessions for their clients. As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to deliver a short training session on a publicly available AI tool to demonstrate presentation skills and technical fluency This is a contract role with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on business needs and performance.
